Nothing heats up in January like the MAIN STAGE at Sun WineFest '06. Located prominently in the Uncas Ballroom Grand Tasting, the state-of-the-art Culinary Event Stage features an extraordinary array of programs with appearances by Internationally Celebrated Chefs and World Renowned Wine Experts.

Please join us on Saturday and Sunday when some of the brightest and best regional chefs compete in the Chef Showdown. The stage will also be the site of the East vs. West Flair Bartending Competition. And not to be missed -- the very best shuckers from every restaurant, raw bar, shellfish and seafood company on the Eastern Seaboard are being challenged to compete in the 3rd Annual Mohegan Sun Oyster Open!
