WineFest '06 Six bartenders will compete for a full year of bragging rights on the Main Stage at the Sun WineFest for the first ever Battle of the Bottle – East vs. West flair bartending competition presented by Skyy 90. Three top flair bartenders from west of the Mississippi will battle it out in a flair bartending extravaganza against three of the East coast’s best. Competitors will compete in one round each made up of a variety of styles. The event will showcase both working and exhibition flair. Each Bartender will perform one round. One Bartender from each team will perform one Working Flair Round. The other two will each perform exhibition flair rounds. Each round will be scored 1-100 on overall performance of the round. Each team member’s total score will be added to determine the team’s total score and a winning team.
